Bikalpa Nepal facilitated two trust-building workshops with the youth living at Rainbow Children Home, Himali Bal Kalyan Samrakchen, and SOS Children Village during April and May 2024. During the workshop, we noticed that they did not have the opportunity to share their opinions and ideas openly so they were shy and hesitant. Playing games and creating a trusting situation encouraged them to express themselves and be themselves. We practiced how to take care of our health and emotions through nonviolent actions.
Youth actively participated in the activities and shared that they like the activities so much. They said they will continue practicing it with their friends. We are also planning to meet and encourage youth as they like to go on.
